Flash River has been the primary developer for ChristianCourses.com for the past 9 years. This site has seen several iterations. First released in WebCT, the site was later moved to a proprietary Learning Management System (LMS). In 2007, the site was moved into Moodle, where it remains today.
ChristianCourses.com has ranked consistently in the top 10 Moodle sites worldwide (as listed on Moodle.org). The site is a learning center for over 220,000 students worldwide. Christian Courses provides 60 free courses as well as over 50 paid courses that provide CEU credits.
ChristianCourses.com was updated in 2010 to make it more mobile-device friendly. All the video was re-encoded for HTML 5 mobile delivery.
Flash River Inc. has been involved in the site development, course development, video and audio creation and encoding, graphics for the site and individual courses, site administration, instructional design, course building and technical support.
